Follow these instructions below to fix or change the paragraph numbering alignment in MS Word
- Go to the Home tab
- Pull down Numbering menu inside the Paragraph group, and select “Define New Number Format…“
- Pull down the Alignment menu and select Right, and click OK.
For a Multilevel List, follow these instructions
- Go to the Home tab
- Pull down the Multilevel List menu inside the Paragraph group, and select “Define New Number Format…“
- Pull down the Number alignment menu and select Right, and click OK.
